Who I am
Adam has been involved in the HR field since 2008. As a student, he participated in the implementation of an e-learning system, a system used by the learning organisation including employee assessment solutions. The gained experience encouraged him so much that he decided to get involved even more. Therefore, he followed this route for several years focusing an external requirement and also on headhunting and outplacement. Subsequently, he accepted an offer to work for internal HR. He obtained his first experience working for an automotive manufacturing company, where he was initially working as an independent employee dealing with onboarding settings, complete recruitment, streamlining of HR processes according to ISO 9001 and focusing on a new internal education setting. After a year he was promoted to a managerial position – a team restructuring, including HRBP model, a new rating and education system, responsible for budget preparation and tracking, international recruitment, and especially … a new approach to the needs of internal customers (mainly managers) through an 8-member team management. Other experience includes collective negotiations and employee lay-offs including full support in finding new jobs. The last experience and the desire to try another market segment motivated Adam to accept another offer – this time as an HR Chief working for a company dominating the e-commerce not only on the Czech market. Recruitment of thousands of people to cover seasonal fluctuations, opening new branches in Romania, Hungary, Germany and Poland, introduction of the HRBP model, HR Market, Wage Budgeting and recruitment restructuring. Adam has broadened his leadership experience not only through a multilevel leadership, but also by managing a team consisting of up to 22 people.
In 2017 there was turn in Adam’s focus and when answering the question why help only one company with its development when it is possible to help a number of other companies at the same time.
